Prior to working with business owners on exit planning and transactions, Josiah held senior leadership roles with global organizations, including Johnson Controls, where he led large-scale operations, launched new business divisions, and drove significant revenue growth. Josiah holds multiple patents and industry awards, earned his Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and holds an MBA from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
