He has served on the board of directors of a HUD-funded multifamily housing project, owned and operated small businesses, and was a top-producing Realtor in the Las Vegas market. This breadth of experience gives him a grounded understanding of what drives value, where risk hides, and what buyers focus on during due diligence. Roy is also a leadership strategist, MBA professor, certified project manager, and author. He is an active member of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce, Southern Nevada Veterans Chamber of Commerce, National Speakers Association, and Toastmasters International.
