First founded in 2007 in Florida, this franchise has been growing like wildfire with now over 450 stores
in 34 states. The dog grooming and accessories industry has been growing at above average rates of
7.25% steadily, the Quarry Lake location in Pikesville opened in May 2025 and is growing much faster
than that. The only reason this new franchise is being offered for sale, is due to the owners wishing to
separate from each other personally. Owners purchased for the purpose of passively owned
investment, as both owners have regular employment elsewhere. Both owners have been to corporate
training, but only one owner is active with decision making and managing the full-time manager.
Most recent monthly revenue is $43k, and prior months were $42k, $35k, $32k, $36k. Business has
capacity to grow another 50% in the current location. Approximately 25% of revenue comes from
product with 50% margins and the other 75% is grooming services. Currently there are 4 ft groomers
and payroll is about $10k per month plus tips. Rent $4,650 with long term lease in place and options for
renewals. After 7% royalty and 2% marketing fee and all other expenses the owners expect $10k
income per month to be normal.
All the start-up fees for this franchise were $393k including the permits, licenses, build-out of the
location, furniture, fixtures, and equipment, $75k franchise fee ($15k for a transfer), grand opening
