This sales, rental and service business is selling off its highly specialized, hi-tech film equipment, valued at over $2.5 million for $1.6 million. The equipment includes various types of Remote Heads, and the proprietary mechanical design and software that has gone into creating, servicing and maintaining it.

The Company has traditionally monetized the equipment via sales, rentals and service to its broad group of customers. However, the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, the
2023 SAG-AFTRA/WGA strikes, and the destructive 2025 Los Angeles wildfires formed
a devastating "triple whammy" that permanently broke Hollywood's traditional
economic model. Together, these distinct crises accelerated a massive, historic
exodus of physical production away from Southern California and the film industry.

The Founder now wishes to retire, and feels the Company’s Remote, Wireless and
Specialty Equipment for shooting and filming will make a useful addition to any Buyer
involved in commercial videography, filming or shooting sporting events, live
performances, or independent creations.
