Fresh homemade breads and baked goods, handcrafted by skilled artisans in the old-world neighborhood French and Italian tradition.  Baked goods, pastries, breads, cookies, cakes, and so much more.  Full bakery crew in place.  All recipes are logged in bakery Cybake software, and the books and records are in excellent order.  The seller is well organized on all bookkeeping fronts including QuickBooks, POS systems, and Cybake baking software which tracks sales, inventory, recipes, and more.  The seller bought this business almost 5 years ago and built it up significantly by adding more than 100 commercial accounts, from the meager 10 accounts the original owner had in place.  Most are high-end accounts consisting of restaurants and resorts throughout the east coast from Palm Beach north to Vero Beach, FL. These accounts all order on a regular basis from daily to every couple of weeks, and the seller is adding more accounts regularly.  There are two locations; one is a café in Ft. Pierce which serves coffee, baked goods, as well as quick healthy breakfast and lunch items.  The second location in Stuart is the bakery house which also includes a retail bakery store and café serving the locals great coffee, breakfast and lunch fares, like the other location. Full bakery team in place with more than $400k in equipment included in the price. Great team of 30 employees including 6 Managers in place and will remain for transition.  A buyer only needs to run the business behind the scenes and mainly handle customer service of the commercial accounts.  As many of these commercial accounts were added in late 2024 and early 2025, and continued through to present.  The revenue is expected to jumped significantly for in 2026 & 2027 as the the business has added a new grocery client who is building stores throughout Florida.  Currently, there are two stores in operation, with 3 more in the works and planned to open in the next 12 months.  All of these stores are contracted to purchase tens of thousands of dollars in sales per store per month.
