His strategic guidance and business partnership have helped him excel in understanding all aspects of an organization, including operations, manufacturing, field services, distribution, HR, IT, financial reporting and analytics, accounting, legal, risk management, cash management, and commercial strategies. He has led organizations of various structures and sizes, with revenues ranging from $5 million to $950 million. He has worked across the U.S., Mexico, South America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and has been involved in over 20 acquisitions, achieving millions of dollars in synergies. Uriel began his entrepreneurial journey through a family-owned restaurant and landscaping business, giving him firsthand experience with the challenges and opportunities of owning a small business.
