Ross Haymes is a licensed Business Broker with Transworld Business Advisors - Rocky Mountain and has earned the designation of Certified Business Intermediary from the IBBA. He draws on decades worth of experience, both in corporate finance and later as a small business owner, to guide buyers and sellers in the direction of their goals. During his 20-year career with NYSE-listed Burlington Industries, Ross served as an economist before becoming Investor Relations Director. In that role, he was in charge of communicating the company's value story to Wall Street analysts and money managers daily.

After a hostile takeover forced out Burlington’s management, Ross decided to take control of his own destiny and become a small business owner. Acquiring and running his own business gave Ross a hands-on understanding of the challenges that face the small business owner. (He also experienced the frustrations that buyers often feel when working with many business brokers!) In his current role as a Business Broker at Transworld, he combines his background in corporate finance with his experience as a small business buyer, owner, and seller when he works with entrepreneurs. This gives him a unique perspective while guiding them, step-by-step, through the buying, growing, and selling of their companies.

Ross is a member of the Colorado Association of Business Intermediaries (CABI), where he serves as a member of the board of directors, and the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). He is also a member of both the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce and the West Metro Chamber of Commerce. An avid "Colorado aficionado," Ross enjoys cycling, hiking, ski racing, and volunteering as a racecourse worker for World Cup alpine ski events.
