Keith Sherwin is a service-disabled U.S. Army veteran, real estate entrepreneur, and small business owner with over 20 years of leadership experience spanning real estate development, land acquisition, government contracting, and franchise operations. As a Business Broker with Transworld, Keith leverages his unique combination of tactical execution and strategic vision to help business owners successfully navigate the sale or acquisition of companies across multiple industries. Keith has personally owned, operated, and sold several businesses, including Surewin Strong Haulers—a property rehabilitation and junk removal company focused on revitalizing underserved neighborhoods—and Surewin Funding, which helps small and veteran-owned businesses access capital for real estate development. He also owns KRS United, an automotive tool distribution business specializing in the installation of BendPak lifts, and Fwinco, a service-disabled veteran-owned heavy civil construction firm in partnership with MANSCo of Las Cruces, NM. In addition to his active ventures, Keith is a long-standing partner at Thompson LLC, a real estate development and property management company with holdings such as Richelieu Luxury Apartments and Canyon Crest Towne Center in Riverside, CA. He previously owned ASAP Floor and Janitorial Service and operated a Matco Tools franchise, gaining valuable experience across service, retail, and B2B sectors. He brings deep experience from his role as Chief Strategy & Compliance Officer at MANSCo Civil Construction, where he led real estate due diligence, project compliance, and contract negotiations for multimillion-dollar infrastructure projects. Prior to that, Keith served as a Contract Officer Representative for the U.S. Air Force, overseeing over $9 million in service contracts supporting land acquisition and development efforts. Keith earned a B.S. in Business Management from Park University and holds numerous certifications including PMP®, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, HAZWOPER 40-Hour, and EPA Class A & B Operator credentials. He also holds a Pharmaceutical License and an FCC General Radio Operator License with Elements 1, 3, 5, and 7, along with a Radar Endorsement. He is currently completing his Master’s degree in Real Estate Development (MRED) at the University of Arizona, furthering his commitment to sustainable, community-focused development. A former UH-60 Black Hawk Crew Chief and Quality Control Technical Inspector in the U.S. Army, Keith was honored with multiple awards for excellence, including the Quad-A PACOM Crew Chief of the Year.
