Brent Davis is the President of Transworld Business Advisors of Winston-Salem. Brent works diligently to help business owners navigate the challenges involved in selling their companies. He is focused on managing the transaction process so his clients can focus on running their business. As a business owner who has both bought and sold his own business, Brent understands the needs, desires, and concerns of his clients as they enter the process of selling or buying a business.

Previously, Brent held corporate roles including Chief Financial Officer for a global manufacturer, Corporate Controller for a publicly traded insurance company, and Southeast Regional Controller for a Fortune 300 media company. Following his corporate career, He was an independent sponsor, handling numerous transactions for both main street and lower middle market businesses.

Brent is a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and Carolina Virginia Business Brokers Association (CVBBA). He and his wife Candice have 4 school age children.
