Al Fialkovich is the Managing Director and a Business Broker at Transworld Business Advisors - Rocky Mountain, as well as a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) through the International Business Brokers Association. In this role, Al successfully manages and oversees the marketing and sale of 60-80+ small businesses annually.
Al is a business savvy advisor to startups and mature businesses as well as a trusted counselor in the business community assisting visionary entrepreneurs to sell, acquire, and establish new businesses in the state of Colorado. Al has had the time and experience to accumulate extensive financial, sales and operational expertise. This knowledge combined with his role as a business owner of over 10 companies throughout his career allows him to offer clients a unique combination of services and perspectives. Inspired by the small business communities in Florida, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and Colorado, Al works hard to help business owners navigate the challenges involved in selling their companies. His experience falls into a wide variety of industries including B2B & B2C service companies, manufacturing and distribution, wholesale, retail, hospitality, and professional services.
Al is a Member of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, the International Business Brokers Association, and the Colorado Association of Business Intermediaries. On the weekends Al enjoys spending time with his wife and taking part in the Colorado lifestyle with his dog, Sailor.
Along with his business partner and wife, Jessica Fialkovich, Al co-founded the Denver based branch of Transworld Business Advisors in 2013. Since then Transworld - Rocky Mountain has quickly become Colorado’s largest business brokerage firm and has remained a top five Transworld office worldwide, year-over-year.
In May 2015 I decided to sell my roofing company. The first thing I needed to do was to find the right broker. I contacted 7 different brokers in Denver. I decided to interview all four brokers. It was a no brainer for me to choose Al Fialkovich and Transworld. He explained everything the best way and was very much open minded to all my questions. We were introduced to Al Fialkovich in March of 2019. He was highly recommended by business brokers we had been in contact with over the years. He came out to our business and explained in detail how his company worked and offered to work to represent us in our efforts to find a qualified buyer. We gave him the go ahead to begin an initial valuation and a couple weeks later we signed on with Transworld Business Advisors-Rocky Mountain to market our company. All of the brokers we dealt with at Transworld were very knowledgeable and professional. They sorted through the prospective buyers and set up initial phone calls with the qualified parties. We had a surge of interested parties that inquired about us and within a couple of months started receiving Letters of Intent from individuals and companies that were interested in pursuing a deal.
